   Our program was not only designed by an overweight founder but was also followed by her as well. At age 38, weighing 488 pounds, she had a desire to break free from all the constraints that were keeping her tied to an endless cycle of weight gain. In a world full of profit-motivated weight loss programs, she struggled to find something that would actually make a difference.

   Reading through her bible one day, things started to align in a whole new way and she was able to apply those principles to her weight struggles. In being able to break these habits, she wanted to share this with others and developed the program. She provides in-the-moment coaching through the program and helps to relate to what you are facing. 

Our program educates you to be able to create a personalized nutrition plan based on your tastes, needs and limitations. This is a self-paced plan that allows you to decide what to eat and when. No fad diets and no unrealistic expectations. You learn biblical principles to eating and the steps to take in order to break the bondage that food has over you. 

Our program focuses on the importance of movement in our everyday lives and finding ways to incorporate that movement as routine and deliberately as possible. No expensive gym memberships, equipment or overwhelming workout plans. You learn strategic forms of movement for your body type and current conditions. The goal is to build strength, encourage movement and regain a life of enjoyment. 

Our program provides guidance and support to help you manage stress. We'll teach you relaxation techniques and help you develop coping strategies so that you can resist overeating and stress-induced weight gain.
